Labor Day 2014 - It all started with the B.C. -  the Big Chop.  I vowed to use up everything in my product closet.  After 25 years of starting and caring for my own locs, including the last six with a natural hair stylist, I wanted to use up my former stash before investing in a name-brand product company.  I  crafted an initial, Shea Butter-based product that would withstand the dry air on the plane and during my South Africa travels.  It gave amazing results and doubled as skin hydration, as well.  Upon returning back to the states, I began experimenting with natural botanicals and essential oils, that would more naturally provide the anticipated results people were looking for.  I then, beta-tested it with some friends at a street fair and they demanded to have their own, right then and there!
